I am so happy you're here! I have a passion for helping people see that the potential to live a balanced, healthy, and happy life is already within each and every one of us. Having tuned in to my own inner wisdom, I am currently living a magical life in Southern California! I am mama to two beautiful adult daughters and one sweet long haired Chihuahua. I have a deep love of travel, cooking delicious healthy food, reading great books, and a desire for continuous personal growth. When I'm not geeking out on all things yoga and wellness, you can find me on the beach dreaming of future travels or exploring the beauty that is everywhere!
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting edge Health Coach Training Program. I trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University's Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities. Drawing on this knowledge, I am ready to help you create a completely personalized "roadmap to health" that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
My program will inspire you with personalized goal-setting, regular meetings (every two weeks for an hour), accountability contact, resource materials, recipe sharing, etc empowering you to create positive long lasting lifestyle changes.
Having experienced the magic that happens on the mat for over a decade, I love facilitating this unique journey with others. I offer individual and group sessions as well as sharing on retreats.
Sometimes you just need someone in your corner that wants to see you succeed and show up for yourself...someone that keeps you accountable and on your path because you already know where you're going. Weekly 15 minute contact, food journal and meal planning tools, recipes, and resources.
I offer a vision board experience which includes yoga, meditation, and the process of creating your board including all supplies. Individual or group sessions available.
